These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website hansenergysystems.com and the services of Hans Energy Systems, located at Poway, CA 92064. By using our website or requesting HVAC, solar, battery, EV charging, or electrical services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, including the Your Privacy Choices section. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services. We are a licensed and insured contractor, CA LIC# 967367.

Services

Hans Energy Systems provides residential air conditioning, heating, ductless mini-split, solar energy, battery storage, EV charging, electrical, and maintenance-plan services across Poway and the San Diego County communities listed on our service-area pages. Service availability, scheduling, pricing, and promotions are subject to change.

Estimates, pricing & financing

Quotes and estimates are based on information provided and a professional assessment and are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement before work begins; final pricing and scope may change after a site evaluation or discovery of additional work required for a safe, code-compliant installation. Financing, where offered, is arranged through GoodLeap, a third-party lender, subject to GoodLeap's own terms and credit approval — we do not make credit decisions and are not a lender. The financing page on this website links to GoodLeap's own hosted application; it is not an on-site card-entry form.

Website content

Content on this site is provided for general information about our HVAC, solar, battery, EV charging, and electrical services. It is not a guarantee of pricing, availability, or results, which depend on your home and a professional assessment. We do not currently operate an interactive chatbot on this site; if one is added later, it will disclose that it is an AI assistant before you enter personal information.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, scrape in a way that degrades service, or attempt unauthorized access to the site or interfere with others' use of it. You may not submit false contact information, spam our forms, or use our phone numbers for unlawful autodialing.
